Bobby Glennon - COO
Senior executive whose career spans two decades of broad-based expertise in sales, marketing, operations, IT, finance,
accounting, supply chain management, human resources, and administration in the flooring industry. He will help FLOORFORCE
take the best approach to positioning the company for growth, increasing sales, managing our operations and marketing our
product. Additionally, Bobby has more than 7 years experience with mergers and acquisitions, a distinct advantage for FLOORFORCE as we expand our facilities, acquire competitors and move to the global marketplace. |

John Weller - VP of Marketing
John brings 20 years of Sales and Marketing experience in the floor covering industry to FLOORFORCE. During his career,
he spent 15 years on the manufacturing side, 3 years in distribution and 4 years in retail. Johns vast knowledge of all sides
of the industry combined with his creativity and sales abilities will aid the company in creating, developing and marketing FLOORFORCE'S products to the industry. |

Fred Meredith - VP of Sales
Fred brings over 35 years of Senior Management, Sales Marketing, and Distribution experience in the floor covering industry to FLOORFORCE. During his career, he spent 29 years on the manufacturing side, 6 years in distribution and import/wholesale.
Fred will focus to support the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies to achieve the sales and
marketing goals of the company. |

Edward Butera - Creative Director
Ed brings a wealth of broad based IT knowledge to FLOORFORCE. His background and experience in architectural and graphic design combined with his web design experience make him a valuable asset to the deployment side of FLOORFORCE'S strategy. Ed and his talented team at IBI Designs have consistently produced high quality work in an extremely efficient and cost effective manner. Ed will head the development and dealer website deployment area of FLOORFORCE'S business. |
